Mandatory Adult Signature (21+) Required
In compliance with federal regulations regarding the sale of age-restricted vape products, all shipments strictly require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. Please ensure someone aged 21 or older with a valid ID is available to receive the package.

1. Order Processing Time

Our fulfillment team works diligently to get your order out as fast as possible. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Standard Processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Daily Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
  • High-Volume Periods: During sales or holidays, orders may require an additional 1–2 days for processing.

*Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Vapeversse partners with trusted top-tier carriers to ensure reliable nationwide delivery. Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service level.

3. Undeliverable Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Vapeversse is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect, typo-ridden, or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Refusal of the shipment by the recipient.
  • Inability of the carrier to obtain the legally required Adult Signature (21+).

If a package is returned to our facility for any of the reasons above, re-shipment fees will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. State & Local Shipping Restrictions

The regulatory landscape for vapor products is constantly changing. Due to local and state laws, certain zip codes, cities, or entire states restrict the delivery of flavored e-liquids or disposable vapes.

  • If your shipping address falls within a legally restricted jurisdiction, our system may automatically cancel the affected items.
  • In such events, you will be notified immediately via email and issued a full refund for the restricted products.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

To ensure peace of mind, we highly recommend adding Package Protection (if offered at checkout) to your order.

  • With Protection: If your package is lost, stolen in transit, or arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly through the protection portal for a swift resolution.
  • Without Protection: Vapeversse will assist you to the best of our ability, but standard carrier liability and resolution policies will strictly apply.
