Important Health & Hygiene Notice: Due to the sanitary nature of electronic vaporizers, disposable vapes, and e-liquids, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products under any circumstances unless they are deemed defective upon arrival.

1. General Return Policy (30 Days)

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a general return, your item must be:

  • Completely unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original, factory-sealed packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Sale items or clearance products are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

2. Defective Items & Warranty (DOA)

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a device that is Dead on Arrival (DOA), auto-firing, or has a clear manufacturing defect, we will replace it.

How to claim a defect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photo or video evidence of the defect to our support team.
  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Note: Burnt taste, minor leakage due to altitude/shipping, or flavor dissatisfaction are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. The Refund Process

Once your authorized return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

4. Return Shipping Guidelines

To return your product, please contact our support team first to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the correct return shipping address.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted.
  • If you are shipping items over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
